Tree of Life Nutrition works with the food facility to analyse current menus or food products, ascertain and formulate health claims, recommendations and reports. The current menu will be assessed in order to choose menu items that meet the recommendations that TOLI is promoting. Extra menu options will also be provided to meet recommendation requirements.

Menu codes are made available to guide customers in making suitable health choices.  Recommendations can include gluten free, dairy free, lactose free, low fat, low carbohydrate, sodium reduced, vegetarian, vegan and/or low glycaemic for the increased numbers of health conscious customers.
